I have two of the older WMPG-4 in use. Very handy to set up new parts on the CNC, or do some simple cutting only using the MPG.
The four Macro buttons could run a macro, or with a simple PLC modification set up to do other things, like setting the rapid rate to 20%.
With the magnets it holds on any steel surface, but the drawback is, steel chips are also held by the magnets. No noticeable lag to the CNC and the wireless range is more than you will need.
