Finding your Barcode on your CNC Controller

On your CNC Controller, there should be a barcode label beginning with the letter 'C' followed by a series of numbers, this is one unique way to identify your board for RMA's, Tech Support, and issuing software licenses.

Finding your Serial Number from the Acorn Box

When you received your Acorn board, the outside of the box was marked with "Acorn-XXXX." If you have your box, you can use the number as a unique way to identify your board for RMA's, Tech Support, and issuing software licenses.

Finding your Serial Number from the Serial Tag

On system equipped with an Operator's Console, a serial tag should be attached to the side or on the back of the console. 

You can also find the Acorn serial number physically on the board near connector H3.
