Note: License purchases and upgrades are NON-REFUNDABLE. Once issued, the CNC12 license is linked to your specific CNC Control Board and will remain valid for that software version (Mill, Lathe, Router, Plasma, etc.) for the life of the board. CNC12 licenses are lifetime-valid (Learn more here) and continue to function through unlimited PC, drive, or configuration changes. You will never lose what you have already paid for.

The 5.4 upgraded license file unlocks all previously released features at its respective level (Pro, Ultimate, or Ultimate Plus) for any CNC12 version from v4.16 through v5.38. You’ll never lose access to features you already had. For example, if you have a CNC12 Mill Pro license and you purchase the 5.4 Upgrade, you’ll gain access to the new CNC12 Mill Pro v5.4 features only when that license is used with CNC12 Mill Pro v5.4 software. When using v5.38 or earlier, you’ll continue to have all standard Pro or Ultimate unlocks available for your installed version.
