License Version Upgrades will be provided free of charge for major versions released within 12 months of your original CNC main board (Acorn, AcornSix, Hickory, Allin1DC, Oak, MPU11) purchase.
Licenses purchased within 30 days of a major version release are eligible for a free Version Upgrade to the next version.

Once a software license has been assigned to a control, it becomes non-transferable with the exception of RMAs. After a software license has been generated it is non-refundable and can not be exchanged for another version of Software unless you are upgrading from Mill Pro to Mill Ultimate or Ultimate Plus.

The Pro and Ultimate Software is not subscription based, once you purchase the License it is yours for life. Currently we are on CNC12, in the future we may release “CNC13” for instance and there may be a cost to upgrade the software at that point, but you would never lose access to what you already have.
