Centroid "Allin1DC" DC servo motor based closed loop CNC Controller
A reliable, high performance, industrial quality CNC control available for do-it-yourself CNC control builders. The Allin1DC utilizes an integrated Motion Control CPU and communicates with CNCPC via a fast and reliable Ethernet connection. The Allin1DC control board includes a powerful 15 amp per axis 3 axis digital DC servo motor drive along with a pre configured PLC with built in I/O. Perfect for many types of machine tools such as: CNC milling machines, a wide variety of CNC routers and CNC lathes and other specialty applications. Typically used on CNC machine tool upgrades for older DC servo motor based CNC controls such as Bridgeport, Anilam, Dynapath, Mititoyo, and many more, The Allin1DC allows reuse of the existing DC servo motors saving time and money. The Allin1DC runs on Centroid proven industrial quality Mill or Lathe CNC control software.

I have used a number of the All in One DC controllers. Convenient to have 3 DC Brush Servo drives on board. Plenty of I/O for most mills and lathes. +/- 0-10VDC Analog output for forward/reverse and variable speed control using most Variable Frequency Drives. Has a connector for Centroid's probe header cable and wired MPG cable. Your DC Servo motors must be in good shape. Be sure to test them using Centroid Tech Bulletin TB155 https://www.centroidcnc.com/dealersupport/tech_bulletins/uploads/155.pdf
Servo motors must also have standard 5VDC Line Driver Differential Encoders. Centroid also has a well written All in One DC Installation Manual and schematic drawing to help with installation.
